We have worked on projects of different sizes, in different parts of Nigeria, under different operating conditions. Some have been technically complex. Others have been time-critical. Some have involved regulatory or community dimensions that required as much care and skill as the physical work itself.

Onshore Pipeline
Replacement
Scope
Construction and installation of a 12-inch replacement pipeline across approximately 8 kilometres of challenging onshore terrain. The project involved navigating multiple water crossings and maintaining active community engagement throughout the construction period, from pre-mobilisation through to final sign-off.
How It Went
Completed without a single Lost Time Incident, finished two weeks ahead of the agreed schedule, and received full regulatory sign-off from the NUPRC. The client returned with further pipeline work shortly after.
Wellsite Supervision,
Three-Well Campaign
Scope
Full provision of drilling supervisors, mud loggers, and wellsite geologists for a three-well onshore drilling campaign run by an indigenous exploration and production company. Our team was embedded with the client's operation throughout, providing continuous technical supervision and daily reporting.
How It Went
All three wells reached planned total depth within agreed time and cost. Developing issues were identified early and none became serious. Zero HSE incidents across the campaign. The client described it as one of the most straightforward multi-well programmes they had managed in recent years.
Equipment Mobilisation,
Workover Campaign
Scope
Supply, mobilisation, and sustained technical support for a workover campaign operated by a contractor working for an international oil company. Equipment supplied included pressure testing units, centrifugal pumps, and lifting and handling gear. We were responsible for delivery to location and maintaining a resident technical team on site throughout.
How It Went
Over 15 pieces of certified equipment mobilised on schedule. Equipment availability has held at 98%, comfortably above the contractual threshold. The engagement has since been extended and we continue to support the operation.
Environmental Impact
Assessment, Pipeline
Development
Scope
A full EIA for a proposed 20-kilometre pipeline route through an ecologically sensitive zone with active community stakeholders. Submitted to NESREA — included baseline data collection, socioeconomic assessment, stakeholder engagement, and a detailed mitigation and monitoring plan.
How It Went
Submitted on schedule, approved by NESREA without requiring major revision, and the mitigation plan was accepted in full. The client noted the process had moved more smoothly than comparable assessments commissioned through other consultants.
